Chicken & Mushroom Cream Soup


Bahan (untuk 3 porsi)
- Bawang putih 4 siung cincang kecil-kecil
- Jamur merang 24 pcs, potong-potong
- Dada ayam 2 pcs dipotong dadu kecil-kecil
- Tepung terigu 3 sdm
- Margarin 2 sdm
- Air kaldu sekitar 1/2 gelas kayanya (saya pakai rebusan tulang ayam, dibumbui cincangan bawang putih, jahe, garam, kecap asin, minyak wijen)
- Susu 400 ml
- Garam
- Merica
- Oregano sedikit

Cara memasak
1. Lumuri potongan ayam dengan garam dan merica, simpan di kulkas kira-kira sejam
2. Lelehkan margarin, tumis bawang putih sampai harum
3. Masukkan potongan ayam, tumis sampai matang
4. Masukkan potongan jamur lalu oregano(harusnya thyme kalo saya liat di resep lain, tapi saya punyanya oregano jadi hajar bleh) lanjut tumis sampai puas
5. Beri air kaldu, masak sampai mendidih
6. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sampai mengental
7. Masukkan susu, sambil terus diaduk perlahan
8. Beri garam dan merica, sambil dicicipi
9. Aduk perlahan sampai hampir mendidih, lalu hidangkan selagi panas

Personal Story
This tasted sooooo geewd, I am more than satisfied *cry* 😭😭😭 it was just so random that I found the recipe in @justtryandtaste 's Instagram and I found that the ingredients are available in my fridge, I just need to buy milk in nearby shop. Oh it should have onion with it, but the shop ran out of onion. However I thought it was better this way, because onion tastes kinda sweet which I dislike *hail savoury garlic* I love this cream soup so much, hehe, today's successful cooking really made my day 😆
